"A Pulse-Beat, more Vibrant with Colour than Blood"

Yesterday noon i had a "20-minute-break", so i came by the small library inside Goethe Institute. At random I picked and borrowed the nicely-covered book about a German artist - - Hermann-Josef Kuhna.

" ... Kuhna's paintings always have to do with the element of time. The colours, their progression and pictorial arrangements may only gradually "surveyed in muster", by feeling one's way around using the descriptive process while advancing.[...] Introspection and effusiveness are held in perfect equilibrium, uneasiness and meditative calm - as moods in time experienced - given equal importance. "
